In case of surrender/cancellation of flat by a successful applicant, following amount shall be forfeited in addition to Rs. 25,000/- along with applicable taxes/charges/fee etc:

Such flats, (after surrender/cancellation) may be considered to offer those applicants, if any falling in the waiting list or may be allotted in term of amended affordable housing policy.

Any default in payment shall invite penal interest as provided in Rule 15 of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Rules 2017.
